Please, print out your e-ticket & keep them safe or save them to your mobile phone and do not share with friends.
Any duplicate or copied tickets that are scanned at the gate will be void and we are unable to offer refunds if someone else has used a copy of your ticket.
Any cancelled or refunded tickets will also be made void on our system and can not be used to gain entry.
